The warranty does not cover defects caused by normal wear and tear. Our warranty covers products purchased through airtightutility.com and authorized retail partners. If you have a warranty claim, please contact us.

We provide free return shipping for all domestic and international orders within 14 days of delivery.

For guest checkouts or additional assistance, email info@airtityutility.com with the following information.

1. Your order number (or name and address).

2. Specify the item for return/exchange and provide a reason (e.g., wrong size, not as pictured). Ensure the product(s) are brand new with original tags, labels, and packaging. For defects, include a description and photos of the defect.

3. Please kindly allow our Customer Support team up to 48 hours to respond.

4. Please ship the order back to us within 3 working days for your return to be authorized.
