All our products come with a 1 year manufacturing warranty from the date of purchase. This guarantee includes faults in the fabric, workmanship and other manufacturing related errors. The warranty does not cover defects caused by normal wear and tear. Our warranty covers products purchased through airtightutility.com and authorized retail partners. If you have a warranty claim, please contact us.

We provide free return shipping for all domestic and international orders within 14 days of delivery.

For guest checkouts or additional assistance, email info@airtityutility.com with the following information.

1. Your order number (or name and address).

2. Specify the item for return/exchange and provide a reason (e.g., wrong size, not as pictured). Ensure the product(s) are brand new with original tags, labels, and packaging. For defects, include a description and photos of the defect.

3. Please kindly allow our Customer Support team up to 48 hours to respond.

4. Please ship the order back to us within 3 working days for your return to be authorized.
