The warranty does not cover defects caused by normal wear and tear. Our warranty covers products purchased through airtightutility.com and authorized retail partners. SHIPPING AND RETURNS
We provide free return shipping for all domestic and international orders within 14 days of delivery.

2. Specify the item for return/exchange and provide a reason (e.g., wrong size, not as pictured). Ensure the product(s) are brand new with original tags, labels, and packaging. For defects, include a description and photos of the defect.

4. Please ship the order back to us within 3 working days for your return to be authorized.
